The Game Bird White, which now comes with a screw cap, has a bright citrus nose with rich fruit driven roundness followed by a soft subtle balanced acidity. This wine is a blend of Cayuga and Seyval, the brightness in the Cayuga really shows off on the front palate with rich softness, while the Seyval features the bright acidity.

This sweeter companion to our Game Bird Red is a perfect accompaniment to spicy foods. Game Bird White pairs well with spicy garlic orange glaze over chicken wings or any spicy curry sauce over scalloped potato.
