WINE CHARACTERISTICS
Semi-dry, medium-bodied red with a brilliant ruby color. The Game Bird Red is mellow red wine with notes of ripe cherry and blackberry, with an essence of herbs. It's produced with a blend of Marechal Foch and Vidal Blanc with a touch of Cabernet Franc. .

Game Bird Red is a perfect pairing for any pasta dish, especially Grandma’s homemade lasagna. Tomato Basil pizzas really bring out the soft berry qualities from the Foch and Cabernet Franc blend. This is the only red wine I drink. I was told by a liquor store last Spring that they stopped making this wine. I was really bummed out. Was not on your web site either. Seeing it back is AWESOME. This red wine is not too sweet or too dry. Just right in my opinion. All my friends have really enjoyed it too!
