2021 P-Three

This 45% Pinot Blanc, 45% Pinot Gris and 10%Pinot Noir is about celebrtaing the varied but unique terroir of the Finger Lakes and our cool climate with these three perfectly suited Pinot varieties. A fun and complex wine that brings the elements of each variety together well. A nose that shows pear, floral, smoke, marzipan and lemon drop leading to a medium body palate with balancing acidity, medium body and an abundance of fruit complimented with just a hint of cedar and floral notes.
